About the Company:
Our client is a leading banking and digital finance platform in Southeast Asia that operates in 4 major countries: Indonesia Philippines Vietnam and Malaysia. Targeting an emerging market with an underserved but creditworthy and fastgrowing consumer group This Company currently provides users with digital banking consumer credit digital investment and insurance brokerage services fulfilling financial needs for a wide range of customers.
Responsibilities:

Installment/Loan Management:
- Oversee the management of new motorcycle installment/loan business including insurance fiducia and collateral management.

External Collaboration:
- Maintain efficient cooperation with external parties such as insurance and fiducia providers to ensure stable operations.

Document Management:
- Manage the collection of BPKB and other necessary documents from dealers or customers.
- Ensure effective handling and storage of these documents.

Dealer Coordination:
- Manage dealer cooperation after units are delivered to ensure smooth postdelivery processes.
Requirements:

Education:
- Bachelors Degree or higher in any field.

Experience:
- Over 5 years of work experience in automotive finance companies with extensive experience in motorcycle fiducia BPKB management or insurance operations.
- Preferably at Manager level or above.

Skills:
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proactive in improving work efficiency.
- Awareness and ability to provide effective collection support.
