Administrative Assistant
Our client a leader in the insurance industry is seeking a highly organized and personable Administrative Assistant to support the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team. The CRE business group manages all building activities including cleaning parking security and events providing essential support to the organization s employees. Due to a recent increase in workload this position has been created to meet business needs offering the selected candidate a dynamic work environment and potential for professional growth.

Hourly salary of $18.67.
6month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule inoffice from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for building amenities and related issues via the ServiceLine handling calls and emails.
Maintain and update the CRE Hub site and Display board with engaging informative content.
Submit work orders through Prism and follow up with the CRE team on resolutions to ensure timely completion.
Order office supplies coordinate maintenance of office equipment (phones photocopier etc.) and request service as needed.
Promote events and contests to engage building tenants and assist in resolving inquiries related to building amenities including parking.
What you will need to succeed:
College or university degree preferred (open to new graduates or students).
12 years of experience in customer service office administration or clerical work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Strong problemsolving skills with a focus on resolving issues in a timely manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills building strong relationships through empathy and communication.
Adaptable able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Clear and effective communication skills both verbal and written.
Previous experience in property management (nicetohave).
