Job Description
Function: RBDO BP
Reports to: Regional Data and Cutover Lead
Kuala Lumpur
12 months contract
Key Responsibilities/Tasks
Join and/or complete data migration related workshops / trainings.
Perform and ensure data cleansing tasks are completed on time
Complete data collection for manual/construction objects on time except for certain fields
Confirm value mapping performed by Local Functional Data Owners (LFDOs)
Create and maintain master lists if applicable for assigned objects
Provide business insights and information to technical teams for extraction and conversion from the legacy system(s) for assigned data objects
Ensure data readiness and verify quality throughout data journey for assigned data objects
Verify/validate that the data (DVS practice) is fit for purpose (including alignment with internal/external stakeholders) and approve (on behalf with approved delegation) upload files before and after load for all assigned data objects
Perform manual (typein) data loads into target clients for assigned objects (if applicable)
Perform dual maintenance and provide DMWs for delta load on time (if applicable)
Approve and sign off DVSs for all assigned objects
Act as SPoC for assigned objects as part of defect management process during Hypercare
Experience
Minimum 5 years of SAP FI MM or SD modules experience; with experience on Business Partner object in SAP
Minimum 5 years of SAP FI, MM or SD modules experience; with experience on Business Partner object in SAP
