Build and maintain RFP and templates.
Create compelling proposals tailored to client needs across a range of industries.
Collaborate Across Departments:
Collaborate closely with the Product and BD teams to ensure that value propositions and proposals align with client needs as discussed in meetings.
Work hand in hand with the marketing team to conduct market research for each client or industry identifying growth opportunities both at a companywide level and for individual proposals.
Manage Processes:
Oversee proposal and account research processes.
Ensure proposals are delivered within the requested SLAs.
Monitor and Report:
Implement performance tracking and reporting systems.
Produce monthly reports on BD pipeline and presales activities.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
Experience in a presales leadership role.
Strong business development and client needs assessment skills.
Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities.
Proficiency with Canva or similar tools.
