Job Description

Job Title Telecaller
Location TrichyJob Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers handling customer inquiries and providing information about our construction services.

Responsibilities:

. Make outbound calls to potential customers

. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our construction services

. Maintain a database of customer information

. Follow up on calls with potential customers

. Meet daily and weekly call targets

Requirements:

13 years of experience as a telecaller or in a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven ability in lead generation and prospect management. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
