This is a Permanent role and they offer a starting salary of 50000.

Main Purpose of Job of the Children s Home Registered Manger is:
Responsible for the management coordination and development of a range of quality therapeutic services for young people.
Ensure the Home exceeds all standards as stated in the Children s Home Regulations 2015 and all other legislation.
To provide effective empathetic and dynamic leadership.
To promote team development and effective team working.
To take the lead in reflective practise.
To ensure that the Statement of Purpose and all statutory and relevant paperwork is reflective of our therapeutic practise outlining how we will meet the needs of the young people within our care.
To coordinate and organise an efficient staff rota and to ensure that sufficient back up resources are available in emergency/out of hours situations including participation in an out of hours OnCall rota when necessary.
To ensure that all team members have meaningful supervision and be confident in their ability to encourage team members to think about how therapeutic approaches can be applied in their practical and paperwork.
To be responsible for quality inductions for their staff team to devote time and effort to each new staff member ensuring they feel effective and confident in their roles.
To actively participate in recruitment grievance disciplinary wellness and other staffing matters with support from the operations team.
To ensure that all Health and Safety Regulations are followed in accordance with policies procedures and practices.
To ensure that all finance budgets control administration and records comply with procedures.
