Job Description
- Design and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Microsoft Entra ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
- Lead handson implementation in areas such as Authentication Authorization SSO Federation and MultiFactor Authentication.
- Work with Entra ID governance workflows including access reviews HRMS integration and lifecycle management.
- Implement cloudbased IAM solutions including Azure AD PIM and cloud infrastructure entitlement management.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align IAM strategies with organizational goals and compliance needs.
- 24 years of handson experience with IAM solutions specifically using Microsoft Entra.
- Expertise in managing Entra ID for both B2B and B2C users.
- Indepth knowledge of authentication protocols riskbased authentication and identity proofing.
- Experience with Entra Permissions Management and Azure AD PIM.
- Familiarity with integrating Entra ID workflows into SaaS and onpremise applications.
- Architect and implement IAM solutions tailored to specific business needs.
- Effectively manage entitlement packages access reviews and provisioning processes.
- Collaborate with HRMS systems for seamless identity governance and lifecycle management.
- Provide technical guidance and support to teams for the successful deployment of Entrabased IAM solutions.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of IAM trends and Microsoft Entras latest features.

As a Cyber security - IAM Consultant, you will: Design and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Microsoft Entra, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. Lead hands-on implementation in areas such as Authentication, Authorization, SSO, Federation, and Multi-Factor Authentication. Work with Entra ID governance workflows, including access reviews, HRMS integration, and lifecycle management. Implement cloud-based IAM solutions, including Azure AD PIM and cloud infrastructure entitlement management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IAM strategies with organizational goals and compliance needs. What You Bring to the Table: 2-4 years of hands-on experience with IAM solutions, specifically using Microsoft Entra. Expertise in managing Entra ID for both B2B and B2C users. In-depth knowledge of authentication protocols, risk-based authentication, and identity proofing. Experience with Entra Permissions Management and Azure AD PIM. Familiarity with integrating Entra ID workflows into SaaS and on-premise applications. You should possess the ability to: Architect and implement IAM solutions tailored to specific business needs.
