JOB DESCRIPTION:
Were looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our people strategy. Youll play a crucial role in attracting developing and retaining top talent ensuring a positive and productive work environment and shaping our company culture. - Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process including job postings candidate sourcing interviewing and selection. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Provide guidance on workforce planning talent management and organizational development.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and development plans. Provide coaching and support to managers on performancerelated issues.
- HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize the ATS to generate reports and analyze HR metrics. Provide insights into workforce trends and effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns resolving conflicts and implementing effective employee engagement and retention strategies.
- HR Operations & Administration: Oversee all aspects of HR administration including payroll leave management and employee relations. Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and documentation.
- Employer Branding: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employer brand. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling content that showcases our company culture values and employee value proposition
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field
- 5 years experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of HR practices employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in using ATS software and other HRIS system experience with ZOHO is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
