Sales Manager Powertrain / Transmission Electrification

We are working with a leading tier 1 supplier to mechanical products who want to step into the mechatronics and actuator arena.
Currently 70% of their products are powertrain and transmission related.
My client is an expert in mechanical systems machining assembly casting turning and rod / shaft manufacturing.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing company established over 40 years ago helping them to carve out their space in the Edrive mechatronic market.
To help them success in this arena we need to find them:
- A proven Sales Manager who has experience of powertrain transmission and mechatronic / actuator products.
- Candidates with a technical engineering degree. Sales Manager Powertrain / Transmission Electrification
- Candidate with established strong relationships with Ford Stallantis and tier 1 suppliers.
- Sales people who have taken business from 0 to 1 meaning they have introduced a brand new product line from an existing supplier into their client not just building on legacy business.
- Candidates who can leverage their powertrain connections across engineering purchasing and quality etc at OEM and tier 1 firms to introduce new electrification products.
This post has huge growth potential will recruit and grow a team of Account Managers and Sales Engineers around them and carve out this business unit for themselves.
