Travel Consultant Customer Care

Daniels Dynamic Hires is collaborating with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit a Customer Service Representative (Slovenian) for their Barcelona office.

Position: Customer Service Representative (Slovenian)
Employment Type: Fulltime 38.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday)

Location: Barcelona onsite

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Advisor for a prestigious travel company you will be responsible for understanding and addressing customer needs. You will engage with international travelers and accommodation providers worldwide ensuring a consistently high level of customer service. Your role will involve clarifying inquiries related to services payments and technical requirements providing accurate information and adhering to established processes via email and phone.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Slovenian (C2 level) and advanced English proficiency
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Office 365 CRM databases and other internal platforms
• Mindset: Strong problemsolving abilities and a solutionoriented approach
• Attitude: A positive motivated mindset to handle challenging customer interactions
• Work Ethic: Goaloriented and adaptable to changing priorities and business processes
• Experience: Familiarity with accommodation platforms and previous experience in customer service or contact centers is highly valued
• Availability: Willingness to work both onsite and remotely (within 100km of the office)
