Job Description
Introduction: M365Group SIA a fastgrowing IT recruitment firm based in Latvia is seeking a remote International Tax Lawyer with expertise in Romanian tax law. We need strategic advice to optimize our tax position while complying with local and international regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on the structuring of business operations to minimize tax liabilities.
- Ensure compliance with Romanian tax regulations and double taxation treaties.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements with tax implications.
- Represent the company in discussions with Romanian tax authorities.
- Advise on the legal implications of crossborder transactions.
Qualifications:
- Law degree with a specialization in tax law.
- At least 5 years of experience in international tax law with a focus on Romania.
- Extensive knowledge of Romanian tax laws and treaties.
- Strong negotiation skills and fluency in English and Romanian.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
