Were fast both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. As we continue to expand the complexity of Instabee grows in parallel. With that in mind were now looking for you to help us on the journey ahead.

About the Role:

As a Control Tower Coordinator youll be a key part of Instabees core operations team responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient daytoday workflows. The Control Tower plays a crucial role in supporting and overseeing all terminal operations to make sure everything runs according to plan. Youll manage and coordinate various operational issues and incidents working closely with other teams to resolve challenges and keep operations running seamlessly. Your role will also involve ensuring continuous improvement and maintaining a high level of quality across processes. This is a fulltime position and youll work on rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for terminals internal departments and some external partners

Ensure clear and accurate communication of essential information across teams to facilitate daily operations

Monitor schedule adherence for first middle and lastmile deliveries as well as sorting processes to improve ontime performance and reduce delays as a core KPI

Gather feedback from terminals regarding operational processes and challenges

Provide support for Traffic Control helping to manage more complex issues or incidents

Collaborate with Product and Tech teams by reporting any technical issues or bugs that could impact operations contributing to improvements and smoother processes

Your Skills & Qualifications:

Strong technical aptitude and experience working with various systems

Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to explain concepts clearly and pedagogically

Collaborative mindset capable of working well with others while also managing independent projects

Strong analytical skills able to identify problems and propose solutions

Willingness to work rotating shifts currently scheduled between 07:0023:00 on weekdays and 09:0022:30 on weekends

Fluency in both Swedish and English.
