Job Description
Position: Sales Manager – Loan Against Property (LAP)
CTC: Upto 12 LPA
Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Loan Against Property (LAP) sales through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
- Build and manage relationships with DSAs ensuring business growth and target achievement.
- Onboard new DSAs and expand the business network.
- Ensure the endtoend loan process from lead generation to disbursement.
- Maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
Key Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in Mortgage Loans or Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience managing DSA networks and strong relationship management skills.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Finance or a related field.
