Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with gold loan clients.
Sales: Achieve sales targets by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
Product Expertise: Advise clients on gold loan products terms and interest rates.
Credit Assessment: Evaluate gold collateral and conduct credit assessments.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional support throughout the loan process.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance Business or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
35 years of experience in gold loans or secured lending.
Strong sales communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
