Our company a leading Coal & Nickel Trading firm based in China is part of a prominent conglomerate listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange since August 2011. We specialize in supply chain management and logistics services focusing on delivering comprehensive solutions and seamless operations across the supply chain.
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Tax Accounting Assistant Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling accounting and taxrelated tasks including journal entries accounting reports and tax reports. Proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including the preparation and maintenance of accurate journal entries.
- Prepare review and analyze accounting reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Handle all taxrelated matters including the preparation and submission of tax reports ensuring timely and accurate filing.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support overall business objectives and financial goals.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations ensuring the companys compliance with all relevant tax requirements.
- Provide support during audits and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and tax management.
- Proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles tax regulations and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
