1.Operation Management Oversees Daily Spa Operations to ensure areas are well maintained & service is delivered seamlessly in accordance with spa standard. Perform other duties as assigned by Spa Operations Manager or Director of Spa.
2.Team Handling Create weekly schedule for staffs. Maintain a cooperative team attitude with coworkers.
3. Guest Appointments Answering phones book appointments perform check in and check out of all spa guests. Handle payment transactions of guests treatment and retail products completing all shift reports and paperwork. Scheduling spa reservations and upsell treatments to maximize room and therapist utilization.
5.Follow SOP Follow all company policies and procedures.
6.Grooming Ensure uniform and appearance is tidy and professional in line with grooming standards.
7.Record Keeping Document pertinent information in the departmental logbook and/or guest incident action forms.
8.Monitor Performance Monitor team performance & provide constructive feedback for improvement.
9.Hygiene Practices Monitoring the guest areas of spa to ensure that the front desk spa lounge locker areas & fitness facilities are at all times neat orderly & well stocked.
10.Visual merchandising Merchandising & maintenance of neat & orderly retail displays.
11.Generate Revenue Seek the spas ability to maximize revenues by analysing the daytoday bookings future bookings and coordinating schedules and services with lead therapist and receptionist accordingly.
