Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our Business Development team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy of the Business Development department.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
