Job Description

Prior experience with SaaS or CPaaS or IT System Integrator Mandatory

D engage was founded and is led by MarTech SaaS veterans who have decades of experience growing multiple SaaS companies from the ground up. To achieve our target of growing to a $200 million company within the next 24 months we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Lahore Pakistan to target businesses across the country.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads for the Technical Support Advisors and PreSales team with a focus on driving the top of the funnel. They will be responsible for researching and reaching out to potential customers setting up demos and meetings for the sales team and tracking and reporting on their progress.

The ideal candidate is a selfstarter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced highgrowth environment and a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales profession.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers for our CxP products
  • Outreach to potential customers through email phone and social media to schedule demos and meetings for the sales team
  • Qualify leads based on fit and readiness to buy
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute leadgeneration strategies
  • Track and report on progress against lead generation targets
  • Stay up to date on industry trends competitive landscape and company offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Direct Enterprise Sales Face to Face client meeting experience Business Development Lead Generation and prospecting roles
  • Experience working in Adtech / Martech Agency or platform selling roles will be preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Experience with CDP or Marketing Automation platforms is an advantage
  • Graduate/ Bachelors
  • Must have Lahore Enterprise Account Experience.
