We are rapidly expanding in the Integration and Analytics space partnering with global clients to address their highpriority business needs using technologies including Node.js and React. We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with expertise in these technologies to lead the development and implementation of highperforming scalable enterprisegrade applications and work closely with our Logistics customers on their growing integration platform opportunities.
As a Full Stack Engineer you will be responsible for building robust applications across both frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is customerfocused selfmotivated and capable of working under pressure with a positive attitude. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should be processoriented and demonstrate a commitment to delivering highquality solutions.
Requirements
What You ll Bring:
- Significant experience at a Senior Developer level (8 years) with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
- Practical experience in agile environments demonstrating your ability to adapt and deliver in iterative development cycles.
- Handson experience developing realworld solutions across a range of projects.
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript fullstack development including advanced proficiency in JavaScript frameworks specifically React and Node.js.
- Extensive understanding of version control tools particularly Git with experience in collaborative software development practices like pull requests and code reviews.
- Testing experience including familiarity with unit integration and endtoend testing tools and methodologies.
- Practical experience working with databases with a deep understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) for backend or fullstack roles.
- Experience with automation CI and CD processes to enhance development workflows and deployment efficiency.
- Strong frontend skills including a solid understanding of layout aesthetics responsive design and mobile web development.
What You ll Do:
- Development: Design develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications.
- Collaboration: Work with UI/UX designers other developers and stakeholders to create integrated and highquality solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean maintainable code following best practices and maintain high standards for both frontend and backend development.
- Testing: Perform comprehensive testing (unit integration and endtoend) to ensure application reliability and performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep uptodate with the latest developments in fullstack technology and recommend improvements to enhance development processes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for code processes and systems to support team collaboration and project clarity.
Optional Experience:
- TypeScript: Familiarity with TypeScript for typesafe JavaScript development.
- GraphQL: Experience using GraphQL in a production environment.
- Security and Performance: Good understanding of security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
- Architectural and Design Patterns: Knowledge of architectural and design patterns to create scalable and maintainable applications.
- OpenSource Technologies: General familiarity with a wide variety of opensource technologies and tools.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and multitasking skills to effectively manage complex tasks and priorities.

What you ll do Following are high level responsibilities that you will play but not limited to: Pitch in a technology services value proposition to companies in US, EMEA & India Identify the organizations (software vendors, enterprises) that are likely to be our customers via smart and innovative market research & industry intelligence Identify relevant stakeholders in prospective organizations leveraging established tools & techniques Be part of the sales pursuits process and accelerate the process of turning the `lead into a strategic customer via market intelligence and industry research Conduct smart campaigns based on the season and theme to various prospect markets across the globe to generate new leads. Qualify the prospects and identify potential opportunities Do regular follow-ups with prospects that show interest in our products and services Schedule tele-con/meetings for the sales team with prospects Coordinate with the Sales Team to schedule pre-sales discussions and, ensure smooth communication between prospects and the sales team.
