As an Inside Sales Lead you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing and sales efforts. With your excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong client relationship abilities you will be responsible for pitching our techs value proposition to companies in the US EMEA and India.
Your passion for marketing and sales coupled with your willingness to take on challenges and consistently meet targets will be instrumental in achieving success. Leveraging smart and innovative market research and industry intelligence you will identify potential customers including software vendors and enterprises and engage with relevant stakeholders using established tools and techniques.
In addition to participating in the sales pursuit process your expertise in market intelligence and industry research will accelerate the conversion of leads into strategic customers. You will also conduct smart campaigns tailored to various prospect markets worldwide to generate new leads. Qualifying prospects identifying potential opportunities and following up with interesting prospects will be crucial to driving sales growth.
Your role will involve scheduling teleconferences and meetings for the sales team with prospects as well as coordinating presales discussions and ensuring smooth communication between prospects and the sales team. Your flexibility to work in shifts will contribute to effective global outreach. As an Inside Sales Lead you will have the opportunity to build and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) in the future further expanding our sales capabilities.

Years of Exp: 3 5 Years; Business Development/ Inside Sales/ Voice process/ Outbound is highly preferred
Preferable Candidates who worked on Custom App Development AP Automation and Technology Migration

Be part of the sales pursuits process and accelerate the process of turning the lead into a strategic customer via market intelligence and industry research
Conduct smart campaigns based on the season and theme to various prospect markets across the globe to generate new leads.
Qualify the prospects and identify potential opportunities
Do regular followups with prospects that show interest in our products and services
Schedule Telecon/meetings for the sales team with prospects
Coordinate with the Sales Team to schedule presales discussions and ensure smooth communication between prospects and the sales team.
Should be flexible to work in shifts
Build and mentor a team of ISRs in future

Should be a quick learner of Data Analytics Tech Modernization and associated technologies and competitors.
Graduate in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing will be preferred
Passing percentage of 65% and higher
