To handle troubleshoot and resolve customer solution related and network related issues events and incidents.
Communicate with Webbing customers directly and via mass communication tools distribute tasks on requests within the organization.
Perform Monitoring / Surveillance of products services and customer solutions.
Manage coordinate and communicate issues incident and event handing within Webbing internal teams and vendors suppliers.
To track and document all issues and resolutions in detail.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent written and verbal English communication skills must
Degree in Telecommunications or IT (studies can still be in progress) must
Ability to work in shifts.
Problem solving skills.
Interest in mobile technologies IoT and technologies in general.
Strong personal drive and great desire for selflearning.
Accuracy and a high sense of responsibility.
Previous experience working with technical support and troubleshooting in mobile technologies (mobile core & roaming) and/or familiar with mobile networks & technologies (2g 3g 4g 5g structure and technology) must
