We are a venture company based in Osaka developing and providing B2B cloud services with a focus on communication.
Our core business currently has over 5000 companies using it and is steadily growing. However with a potential market of 4 million companies our adoption rate is only 0.1%. This means 99.9% of potential customers are still struggling with daily inquiries.
Communication is essential for every business. Challenges in communication persist across different companies individuals and eras. Therefore this service aims to address these issues for all 4 million companies in Japan. We are seriously committed to creating a society where businesses can focus on what they truly want to do by resolving their inquiry challenges through this service.

You will be involved in all phases necessary for product development with a focus on new feature development and feature improvement.
Development Related: You will perform tasks essential for product development such as implementation adding test code code review and verification without being bound to specific roles.
Inquiry Support: Handling inquiries such as specification confirmation performance degradation and bug investigation.
Infrastructure Specification Consideration: Conducting technical research library selection and defining component interfaces and specifications.
Feature Specification Consideration: Collaborating with Product Managers and Designers among others.
Development Process: We mainly follow an agile development framework based on Scrum. Tasks are assigned based on priority determined by the Product Owner and regular team retrospectives are conducted to drive improvement.
Other: You will also be involved in activities like recruitment and technical research to enhance the service and team.
Current Backend Development Status: The teams are divided according to the main functionalities of our service. This service aims to solve communication issues through Horizontal SaaS each team considers feature additions and improvements based on the industry attributes of its main customers.
Expectations After Joining:
Recruitment Background: As the company and its business expand and the number of clients grows rapidly there is a need for diverse solutions to various inquiries. To address this we are currently restructuring the team setup for backend and frontend engineers to improve development speed. However with the current limited number of teams we are unable to meet all the demands. Hence we are seeking a highly skilled backend engineer who can swiftly resolve various challenges related to inquiry support at this service.
