Our client, a Top Tier leading construction specialist firm are recruiting for a Construction Disputes Associate/Senior Associate to join their Doha team who work together with their regional colleagues to produce outstanding results for their clients. Ideal Candidate:They are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate with Qatari court litigation experience, ideally already in Qatar and with experience in construction disputes. They require the applicant to have extensive local Qatari litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and memos, working with consultants and Court Appointed Experts, and who has a deep understanding of the litigation process in Qatar. The candidate will have experience of drafting in both Arabic and English with the ability to support English language arbitration cases with civil law advice as needed. As well as excellent technical skills, they need an individual who is commercially aware, has a strong team ethic and with a strong client focused approach. There are also huge opportunities for personal and professional development for applicants who also have an enthusiasm for business development.
