Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting and interpreting data for analysis
- Perform data cleaning and quality assurance
- Apply statistical methods to analyze data sets
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings
- Assist in developing and maintaining databases
- Conduct adhoc data analysis as required
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to data discussions
- Learn and apply best practices in data analysis
- Assist in identifying trends and patterns within data sets
- Support the development and maintenance of data models
- Collaborate with team members to support datarelated initiatives
- Contribute to the improvement of data processes and workflows
- Assist in the implementation of datadriven solutions
- Participate in training and development programs
- Adhere to data governance and security protocols
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Information Management or a related field
- Understanding of database management systems and SQL
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel R or Python
- Basic knowledge of statistical methods and data visualization techniques
- Aptitude for problemsolving and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Keen interest in learning and developing data analysis skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Understanding of data privacy and security principles
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts is a plus
- Relevant internship or project experience in data analysis is desirable
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools is advantageous
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies
