Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining SQL databases and applications
• Write and optimize SQL queries
• Support data migration transformation and loading processes
• Collaborate with software developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic
• Perform data analysis and provide insights to support decisionmaking
• Participate in the development and implementation of data security and data integrity measures
• Contribute to the documentation of database processes and procedures
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving database issues and performance bottlenecks
• Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in SQL and database management
• Support the development team in testing and debugging database applications

Required Qualifications:

• Enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Basic understanding of relational database management systems and SQL
• Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles
• Proficiency in a programming language such as Java Python or C#
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detailoriented and highly organized
• Desire to learn and grow in database development and management
• Previous internship or project experience in database development is a plus
