Job Description
Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting and interpreting data for analysis
- Conduct quality assurance and data validation processes
- Develop and maintain databases for data storage and retrieval
- Assist in creating and maintaining data visualizations and reports
- Collaborate with senior data analysts on model development and testing
- Conduct adhoc data analysis as required
- Assist in identifying data patterns and trends
- Contribute to the improvement of data collection and analysis processes
- Support the implementation of datadriven strategies
- Assist in documenting data analysis processes and findings
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance data analysis skills
- Adhere to data privacy and security protocols
- Communicate data insights effectively to team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Statistics Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
- Understanding of statistical analysis methods and techniques
- Basic programming skills in Python and/or R
- Ability to work with large datasets and databases
- Knowledge of data collection and storage best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA)
- Proven ability to learn new technical skills and tools
- Previous internship or experience in a data analysis role is a plus
