The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and provide prompt responses.
Resolve customer issues and queries in a professional manner.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
Work collaboratively with team members and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Meet performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of Undergraduate/Graduate.
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Comfortable working from the office and adhering to a 5.5day working schedule.
Must be based in Mohali or willing to relocate.
