Job Description:
Title: Assistant Manager Planning (Cluster Planner)
Work Location: Narayangoan Maharashtra ( Should be open to travel for work )
Reporting to Zonal head / PMO
The role of the incumbent would be to work closely with cluster planners and zonal head for effective S&OP for zone. Detailed production planning and distribution network design between clusters will be one of the KPI for the role. This role will be responsible for zonal level planning for production composting and overall operations.
JD:
Work closely with the zonal ops and sales team and create metrics and review mechanisms to monitor daily/weekly performance.
Season planation planning for all cluster inside zone to deliver desired product mix
Drive supply reviews and S&OP for zone
Daily channel level supply & distribution planning
Capacity ramp up plans to manage seasonality
Responsible for forecasting and forecast accuracy for the zone
Daily/weekly/monthly reporting for forecast accuracy and revised estimates
DemandSupply metrics and set up effective workflow to manage daily fulfilments short supplies and wastages
Minimize wastages/writeoffs liquidation triggers and planning
Drive innovation projects at zone level
Qualification Required:
Graduate / Post graduate in engineering/Agri
Experience of 56 years in planning function/procurement
Good communication skills in English Hindi & local language
Proficiency in computer skills MS Office
