Overview:
As a Civil Engineer at our firm you will play a crucial role in the planning design and management of various construction projects. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of infrastructure and building development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
- Compile job specifications and supervise construction activities
- Analyze survey reports maps and other data to plan projects
- Assess potential risks materials and costs
- Manage design develop create and maintain various construction projects
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
- Oversee and deliver project progress reports
- Manage budgets and deadlines
- Utilize AutoCAD to produce design plans
- Participate in project and team meetings
- Perform quality control and ensure the safety of construction sites
- Resolve design and development issues
- Support the tendering process
- Collaborate with architects and other professionals
- Conduct onsite investigations and analyze data
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 3 years of experience in civil engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of construction processes materials and regulations
- Excellent problemsolving abilities
- Sound understanding of surveying and mapping
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
