Job Description
Position: Trainee Application Support Engineer
Job Location: Bangalore
- Candidate should be able to technically understand the product and Provide software application support to our clients.
- Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to the backend team and get it resolved.
- Automation Testing knowledge is required(Selenium or Appium) and should be able to read and understand the error logs
- Manage the support tickets by taking ownership of the Ticketing system do the regular followups until the resolution provided.
- Consulting with the software development team internal users to improve application performance.
- Should be a good team player and able to work collaboratively with other support staff.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Prior experience in support for Test solutions/platforms in mobility will be an added advantage.
- Any prior experience in support for foreign clients will be an added advantage.
