Engineering Technician ll Semiconductor

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Set up operate and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Perform quality control checks on semiconductor products to ensure adherence to industry standards
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in semiconductor production
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports on semiconductor production processes
• Calibrate and maintain semiconductor manufacturing tools and equipment
• Assist in the development and implementation of new semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment in the semiconductor production area
• Participate in the training of junior technicians and new employees
• Support engineering teams in prototype development and testing of semiconductor products
• Document and maintain records of semiconductor production processes and equipment maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology Semiconductor Manufacturing or related field
• 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related technical field
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Strong understanding of semiconductor technology and manufacturing processes
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of semiconductor production tools
• Experience in conducting quality control checks and data analysis in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and safety measures in semiconductor production
• Excellent technical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with engineers and production teams
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards in semiconductor manufacturing
• Capability to lift and move heavy semiconductor manufacturing equipment as needed
