Business Controller

• Support key financial decisions across the organization including monthend planning and financial modeling for investments or new business ventures.
• Contribute to and prepare annual budgets and forecasts with a focus on Opex Capex cash flow and various financial KPIs in collaboration with department heads.
• Analyze and anticipate financial risks and sensitivities suggesting proactive solutions to ensure business profitability.

• Analyze monthly and yearend accounting figures making necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and conduct necessary reconciliations.
• Analyze and explain variances from forecasts budgets and other financial reports.
• Prepare and present financial data for decisionmaking in business meetings or to the board of directors.
• Oversee cash flow management and forecasts.
• Create ad hoc financial reports and analyses as required.

• Master financial systems reviewing and enhancing processes to drive efficiency including automation and the use of GenAI.
• Ensure all financial data and processes adhere to corporate accounting procedures and maintain high quality standards.

• Act as a financial business partner for operational departments providing analysis reporting and proposing solutions to improve financial performance.
• Engage with partners (customers and suppliers) to fully understand the company s business and challenges.
• Participate in the development of new business units providing financial oversight and recommendations.

• Collaborate with the Senior Controller Business Analyst and Accounting and Credit departments.
• Report directly to the Senior Business Controller.

• Education: University degree in finance or a related field (Master s level preferred).
• Experience: Approximately 5 years of experience in finance as a Controller.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of business finance compliance and experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Skills:
• Proficient in financial planning analysis and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems.
• Strong interest in process digitalization and business acumen.
• Handson proactive approach with the ability to work in a fastgrowing environment.
• Assertive able to prioritize and forwardlooking.
• Fluent in French and English with daily usage required.
