PROJECT MANAGER

What Youll Do:
As a Project Manager youll play a key role in improving our operational processes. You will lead strategic planning manage teams and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Objectives of this role:
Collaborate with analysts leads and managers in the development of performance goals and longterm operational plans
Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
Analyze current operational processes and performance recommending solutions for improvement where necessary.
Responsibilities :
Develop implement and monitor daytoday operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals progress and obstacles of key initiatives Plan monitor and analyze key metrics for daytoday operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprisewide and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs Collaborate with other departments such as sales engineering and product to ensure seamless operations and a unified customer experience.
Required skills and qualifications
- Any bachelors degree or a related field.
- 3 years (minimum) or 5 or more years in a senior leadership role
- Proficiency in advanced excel.
- Masterful organizational communication and leadership skills backed by previous professional success
- Knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles including customer service and employee management
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands
- Experience as a Product Manager preferably in IT or SaaSbased companies ( preferred )
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA Trello and Asana.
- Preferred experience or familiarity with the mortgage industry.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a datadriven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Remote working opportunities and candidates have to work on US Shift.
