Job Description
- Process AFC Refunds
- Perform Data Analysis
- Coordinate with project stakeholders in relation to AFC Refunds
- Manage daily Tracking Services Requests List and follow up with various Teams.
- Monitor the Customer Care Centre Tickets, compliance with the agreed Process.
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
- Liaise with internal and external Teams to fully understand data content
- Create data graphs and visualizations
- Perform Administrative tasks as required by project, such as Minute of meetings, presentation, reports and so on
