Job Title: Senior/Executive Assistant LATAM
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zones)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Senior/Executive Assistant will provide highlevel administrative and personal support to a senior executive. This role demands strong organizational skills initiative and the ability to manage both professional and personal tasks. The successful candidate will be proactive detailoriented and highly skilled in managing a fastpaced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage the executives calendar schedule meetings and handle travel arrangements.
  • Personal Support: Assist with personal errands and life management tasks as required.
  • Document Management: Handle document preparation maintain records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Task Prioritization: Help the executive stay on track by organizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Client Communication: Interact professionally with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
  • Process Optimization: Suggest improvements to streamline administrative and operational workflows.
  • Software Management: Use tools such as Excel Notion Zoho and Zapier to manage daily tasks and communications.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior/Executive Assistant supporting both professional and personal aspects of an executives life.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite; experience with Zoho and Zapier is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
  • Attributes: Highly organized selfstarter proactive and able to manage a busy schedule.

NicetoHaves:

  • Familiarity with Zoho and Zapier.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without direct supervision.
