Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing dental surgical procedures with precision and attention to detail
- Diagnosing and treating oral diseases and injuries
- Developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
- Providing guidance and education to patients on oral health and hygiene
- Collaborating with dental specialists and healthcare professionals to address patient needs
- Using diagnostic tools such as Xrays and patient examinations to determine oral health
- Addressing patient concerns and ensuring their comfort during procedures
- Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment plans
- Participating in professional development and staying current with advancements in dental care
- Ensuring compliance with safety and sterilization protocols
- Managing dental emergencies effectively
- Supervising and guiding dental support staff
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the dental practice
- Participating in discussions and decisionmaking concerning patient care and practice development
Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Licensure to practice as a Dental Surgeon in the relevant location
- Proven experience in performing a wide range of dental surgical procedures
- Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using dental technology and equipment
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Continuous pursuit of professional development and staying updated with industry advancements

- Experience in supervising and guiding dental support staff
