Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Content Writing Team:
- Supervise and mentor content writers providing guidance and support.
- Assign tasks and manage workloads to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback
- Develop Content Strategies:
- Collaborate with marketing SEO and product teams to develop content strategies that align with business objectives.
- Plan and execute content calendars ensuring a consistent flow of content.
- Content Creation and Editing:
- Write and edit highquality content for various platforms including blogs websites social media and marketing materials.
- Ensure all content is engaging accurate and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Quality Control:
- Review and approve content created by team members to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Implement processes to maintain consistency in tone style and messaging.
- Research and Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor content and audience preferences to inform content creation.
