Our client a leading SaaS provider specializing in HR and administrative management tools is seeking a talented Business Developer for the Germanspeaking region of Switzerland. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and who has experience in the B2B SaaS environment particularly in the Swiss market.
- Search for new business opportunities using any relevant means (phone email Linked professional network ) and qualify inbound demand generated by the Marketing Team ;
- Deeply understand the needs of our potential clients in Switzerland and obtain qualified appointments (physically or remotely) ;
- Present our solutions and convince of our added value ;
- Quote commercial offers negotiate and finally close deals ;
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and identify new needs among our clients to sell them new solutions ;
- Suggest new sales techniques optimizing our lead qualification strategy and processes ;
- Rigorously use our CRM Salesforce and our marketing automation tool Outreach.
Ideal profile
- Bachelor or Master degree in sales or related field.
- 13 years prior experience in a B2B sales role in the Swiss market ideally in a SaaS or subscription model company.
- Knowledge of the HR domain would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise we will teach you ;).
- You are comfortable in a fastpaced environment recovering quickly from setbacks and seeing them as an opportunity to progress.
- You like to work in an international team and in a good mood. Team spirit and intellectual curiosity are your top 2 qualities.
- You are totally fluent in German French and English
