Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in identifying and closing new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive and selfdriven individual with a proven track record in B2B sales preferably within IT services software products cloud services hardware or networking sales. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge strong relationships with key IT decisionmakers and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Territory Planning:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify prospective customers within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive coverage plan that aligns with company goals.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and set achievable targets based on market potential.
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Identify and engage with key decisionmakers including CIOs VPs of IT GMs of IT and IT Heads.
- Understand customer IT roadmaps typical buying cycles and assess future business potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers acting as a trusted advisor to meet their evolving needs.
- Sales Process Management:
- Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to closing ensuring alignment with customer goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that address customer pain points and showcase the value of Your Company Name s solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Learning and Adaptation:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends products and services with a willingness to learn and adapt to new gotomarket strategies.
- Develop a strong understanding of Your Company Name s offerings and effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and sales forecasts in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Manager and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience preferably in IT services software products cloud services hardware or networking sales.
- Proven track record of interacting with IT decisionmakers (CIO/VPIT/GMIT/ITHead) and understanding their buying cycles IT roadmaps and business needs.
- Strong territory planning skills with the ability to identify potential customers create a coverage plan and accurately forecast sales.
- Proficiency in local language with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Selfdriven proactive and capable of working independently to meet sales targets.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products services and gotomarket strategies.
