About the project:
You will be providing services for clients of an American multinational technology corporation headquartered in Redmond Washington. Companys bestknown software products are the line of operating systems the suite of productivity applications and the web browser. Its flagship hardware products are the video game consoles and the lineup of touchscreen personal computers.
What you will be doing:
- Advice and support from companys partner companies on questions about products and services
- Contact by telephone (inbound and outbound) as well as in writing by email or online chat
- Handling questions about current companys products
- Customeroriented solution finding for all inquiries but not sales.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese (must be at least C1C2 level)
- Fluency in English (must be at least C1C2 level)
- Tech Background 1 to 2 years preferably in security and system admnistration
- Tech Support Experience 1 to 2 years in TI Team
- Proficiency in analysis and problem solving
- Nice to have: Experience on Windows Server Windows Client Active Directory and or Azure Active Directory Administration.
