Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with software developers system operators and other IT staff members to manage code releases.
• Design develop and implement software integration solutions.
• Automate deployment and scaling of cloudnative applications.
• Implement and manage continuous delivery systems and methodologies on cloud platforms.
• Architect and implement containerization strategy using Docker Kubernetes or similar tools.
• Build and maintain tools for deployment monitoring and operations.
• Conduct systems tests for security performance and availability.
• Provide support to development teams by identifying triaging and resolving build or deployment problems.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive process improvements and reliability engineering initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze system performance and reliability making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production errors and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure security best practices are followed in the software delivery process.
• Manage monitor and scale infrastructure in major cloud service providers.
• Participate in oncall rotation and provide support for production systems.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational and security processes.

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
• Handson experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Terraform Ansible or Chef.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools like Jenkins GitLab CI or CircleCI.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash Python or Ruby.
• Indepth knowledge of infrastructure as code and configuration management.
• Experience in monitoring logging and alerting tools like Prometheus Grafana or ELK Stack.
• Demonstrated expertise in networking and security principles.
• Experience in managing and optimizing relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Industry certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator are a plus.
• Proven track record of implementing and managing highly available and scalable infrastructure.
