Job Description
ABOUT RMA:
POSITION STATEMENT:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Create a Detail schedule to ensure adequate coverage throughout the night shift
Train new employees in proper cleaning and detail techniques safety procedures and company protocols.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards for cleanliness and attention to detail.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and ensure they are used safely and correctly.
Drive CDL vehicles into wash bays to get cleaned.
Drive Motor Coach buses to our Forestville Location to get dumped as needed
Address employee concerns and provide coaching and performance feedback as needed.
Reviewing and approving employee hours and time.
Hand washing vehicles assuring all vehicles receive the care they require.
Cleaning interior including vacuuming sweeping mopping dusting sanitizing and glass cleaning.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work overnight shifts
