Job Description:
- We are seeking a Junior SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Consultant with a background in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- The ideal candidate will support the implementation configuration and maintenance of SAP PLM solutions to streamline product development ensure regulatory compliance and enhance collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the configuration testing and deployment of SAP PLM modules to meet business requirements.
- Support the integration of SAP PLM with other SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA QM (Quality Management) and MM (Materials Management).
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including R&D manufacturing and quality assurance to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Maintain master data related to product lifecycle processes including specifications recipes and material documents.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations including GMP FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 in all PLMrelated activities.
- Provide user training and support for SAP PLM functionalities.
- Assist in generating reports and analytics to support product lifecycle decisions.
- Participate in system upgrades patches and performance tuning.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Life Sciences or a related field.
Experience:
- 13 years of experience in SAP PLM or related SAP modules (e.g. QM PP MM).
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry processes including product development quality control and compliance.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA EMA).
Skills:
- Basic understanding of SAP PLM functionalities including BOMs document management and change management.
- Experience with product compliance and specification management.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
- Basic knowledge of integration with manufacturing systems (MES) or lab systems (LIMS).
