The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the service team, managing project installations, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with manufacturers, pricing spare parts, acquiring new suppliers, and ensuring smooth project
Responsibilities & Duties
• Supervise service team performance and address issues to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Conduct daily meetings to align team efforts and address challenges.
• Coordinate with manufacturers for special interventions and timely feedback.
• Price and source spare parts, both locally and internationally.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Promote and secure preventive maintenance contracts.
• Prepare competitive pricing for maintenance tenders.
• Manage and forecast annual spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
• Review and approve MEP layouts with the design department.
• Request and verify parts for projects, including new brands.
• Inspect and approve custom-made stainless steel item drawings.
• Conduct site visits for MEP details and coordinate with SS fabricators.
• Oversee project delivery, installation, and related activities.
• Arrange manufacturer support for installation and training needs.
