Skills & Experience
- Excellent relationship skills with the ability to find maintain and grow profitable relationships.
- Strong customer focus with perceptive and engaging customer management skills.
- Experience and/or knowledge of account management.
- A team player who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.
- University degree with at least 5 years of software sales experience.
- Experience in selling ERP solutions; experience in selling insurance software will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in IT solution selling is essential.
- Experience in conducting business across India will be preferable.
- Good personality and the ability to meet and engage with top management.
- Should be a longterm player with proven longterm past engagements.
