BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd a Chinabased company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles including allelectric cars buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

About the department:

The IT department within BYD France is responsible for Internal System Development.

One of the important tasks of their IT department is to conduct analysis of request internal company process and testing of business IT systems.

As Business Analyst you will:

1. Collect and analyze business and users requirements identify bottlenecks and advise improvement for the system of business process;
2. Communicate with local business internal / external stakeholders on system Q&A providing training to key users;
3. Cooperating with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning implementation upgrading optimization and transformation of the IT Systems
4. Develop and maintain local technical documentation and procedures; perform the technical evaluations and periodic exercises and new release tests.
5. Understanding of the legal requirements with IT system and communicate with the Legal Department;

Your profile:

1. Bachelor degree or above fluent French and English and mandarin speaking other European language is a plus.
2. Excellent logical judgement communication and organization skills.
3. Independent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
4. Structured and goal oriented attitude
5. Analytical curious and proactive mindset
