Title: Strategy Senior Analyst
Department/reporting to: Office of the CEO reporting to the Chief of Staff.

Salary:
As a founding member of the Office of the CEO and our Strategy team you will
play a key role in shaping and executing our companys strategic vision. Reporting directlyto our Chief of Staff CEO and other senior executives you will be responsible for providingactionable insights and recommendations to support our strategic planning initiatives.
Thisrole requires the ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of market dynamicscompetitive analysis and collaboration with crossfunctional teams to drive our corporatestrategy and achieve our Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Responsibilities:
Business analysis: Complete business and market analysis to support fundraising
efforts and business strategy
Strategic development: Contribute to the ongoing development of our corporate
strategy by developing strategic business plans competitive analyses business
cases and dataandinsight driven recommendations to our executives
Crossfunctional support: Collaborate with our business units including sales
and product management on strategic and market research to help them achieve
their goals
OKR tracking: Contribute to the management of our company OKRs by tracking andanalysing company data

insights: you are driven to achieve results measure the results and build on theresults for even higher impact - You love working with lots of data and making it tell a clear story: you can
research analyse and summarize quantitative and qualitative data in a way that isrelevant to your business stakeholders - You are driven to make continuous improvements to the business: we are
growing rapidly and what was the best way to operate a few months ago may not bethe right way now. You continuously look for better ways of working better tools touse and better ways to do business - You are passionate about the green energy transition and our purpose to
accelerate the energy transition with deep tech solutions
You should apply if you have:
- 3 years experience in consulting or investment banking 5 years experience in aninternal strategy business analytics or market analysis team or a mix of both
- Experience in (renewable) energy climatetech industrials AI and/or B2B tech
- Experience managing projects with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously
- Degree in business economics data analytics or other analytical and/or marketresearch focused field is a plus
- Experience with Excel PowerPoint presentations data visualization tools (e.g.tableau) and market research tools. Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpotSalesforce) is a plus

- Take Home Exercise: Complete a short rolerelated task which will be discussed in depth duringyour final stage interview.
- Final Interview: Meet with our Chief of Staff and CEO for a final inperson interview for 1 hour to discuss your completed task as well as the key objectives for this role.
