Job Description
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with civil project management, including planning, execution, and supervision of all aspects of projects.
Ability to manage and coordinate engineering teams and contractors to ensure projects are executed with quality and on schedule.
Knowledge of safety practices and procedures and risk management in civil construction projects.
Skills in preparing and reviewing project schedules, estimating costs, and managing budgets.
Ability to deal with technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to project problems.
Personal Skills:
Strong leadership skills and ability to direct and motivate teams.
Organizational and planning skills to ensure efficient workflow.
Excellent communication skills to interact with all stakeholders and ensure effective coordination.
