Tasks

• Perform system administration tasks including deployments configuration system monitoring backup recovery and troubleshooting.

• Propose and implement physical infrastructure solutions.

• Conduct proactive maintenance activities to prevent incidents.

• Assist with Helpdesk functions including responding to tickets and managing:

                      Linux servers and infrastructure                    Virtualization solutions                    Cloud solutions

• Maintain monitor and troubleshoot technology assets for both internal and client environments.

Hard Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in technology or a related field.
• 5 years of handson experience with Linux systems administration (deployment configuration troubleshooting backup and recovery).
• Experience with Linux applications such as nginx apache Docker DNS and Postfix.
• 5 years of handson experience with IT infrastructure and hardware implementation (deployment configuration troubleshooting).
• Familiarity with medium and enterprise business solutions (e.g. HPE DELL LENOVO) and storage equipment.
• Experience with VMware for virtual machines.

Desirable:

• Experience in an entrepreneurial work environment.
• Handson experience with CISCO UCS and Dell Storage Systems.
