Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager Sales
Reports To: Business Unit Head (Corporate Finance)
Position Grade: M2/M3/M4
Business Unit: Corporate Finance
Department: Emerging Corporate Business

Position Type: Full Time
Number of Positions: Single/Multiple

Job Purpose:
The role aims to identify new customers propose tailored financial solutions and create business opportunities while strengthening relationships with corporate customers with an aggregate turnover of up to 300 crore. Responsibilities include preparing Term Sheets drafting Proposal Notes guiding them through the approval process and overseeing documentation disbursals monitoring and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement:

    • Initiate and manage client relationships.
    • Identify new business opportunities within the corporate finance sector.
    • Structure financial solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Client Identification & Sourcing:

    • Identify prospects within your location evaluate their creditworthiness and establish relationships.
    • Maintain strong partnerships with CAs DSAs and other local partners to ensure a consistent deal pipeline.
    • Understand clients' financial goals challenges and opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Nurture strong relationships with corporate clients in the Emerging Corporate segment.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams within the corporate finance sector.
    • Expand the client base and promote crossselling of financial products and services.
  • Deal Structuring:

    • Collaborate with clients to structure financial deals that meet their specific needs.
    • Prepare and present proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Credit Solutions:

    • Offer credit solutions including working capital facilities overdrafts term loans and other financial products.
    • Continuously assess client creditworthiness and associated risks.
  • Portfolio Growth:

    • Focus on growing the portfolio by crossselling financial products and services.
    • Achieve budgetary targets for Net Interest Income (NII) and fee income.
  • Financial Analysis:

    • Analyze financial statements credit reports and market trends to assess client performance and risks.
    • Provide insights to enhance client portfolios.
  • Compliance:

    • Ensure strict compliance with all audit regulatory and company regulations processes and policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum Degree: Postgraduate in any discipline preferably MBA/CA.
  • Experience: 25 years in a relevant field.
